SPARK! Program Description, Terms and Conditions

  • SPARK! classes run on Tuesdays at 615pm .

  • Generate Fitness is a body-accepting, size-inclusive environment. The SPARK! program focuses specifically on physical activity and exercise. While our trainers are certified and qualified to provide nutritional guidance as requested, this is not the focus of the program. SPARK! is not designed to be a weight-loss program. Participants will not be measured, weighed or asked to perform any dietary restrictions to change their body composition.

  • The program has a continuous-consecutive enrollment, which means that you can join at any time and that the 8 sessions run consecutively from you start date. To qualify for full refunds, participants must participate in six out of the 8 consecutive sessions.

  • Classes utilize combination of workshop style education and practical hands on learning. All SPARK! classes run for 60 mins, with fitness components lasting from 40-50 minutes. Participants are provided with weekly hand outs that summarize the key takeaways from each session.

  • In some cases, additional learning tools may be provided including but not limited to videos, blog posts, or additional workshops.

  • Classes are delivered by highly trained and experiencedTrainers that specialize in exercise modification and adaptive movement. Overseen by a CSEP Certified CPT, programs are designed to meet the needs of the vast majority of the population, including but not limited to those with histories of injury, and most health conditions.

  • All participants will be required to fill out a CSEP Get Active Questionnaire. Participants with complex medical histories may be recommended to complete a PAR Med X with their doctors prior to commencing exercise. We recommend that all new exercisers consult with their doctor prior to beginning a new fitness regime.

  • SPARK! is designed to expose participants to many different types of group fitness exercise programs, including weight training, functional exercise, HIIT, core and stability training, and cardio-specific programming. Many different styles and teaching approaches are included in the program, and we strongly encourage participants to attempt all types to see which appeals most to them. Weekly programming is not announced ahead of class.

  • Should a participant wish to continue with the SPARK! program after their 8 weeks are over, they are welcome to sign up for the program at a cost of $99.00, or explore other membership options which include SPARK! classes in the fees. Refunds are available to first time participants only.

  • SPARK! participants are under absolutely no obligation to purchase any additional memberships, trainings or other products from Generate Fitness upon the completion of their program. The program does not involve any sales pitches and/or promotional marketing above and beyond the actual program delivery.  

  • Participants may choose to withdraw from SPARK! at any time. Cancellations with full refunds will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the first class. Partial refunds may be issued on a case by case basis, but program fees should be considered forfeit if cancellations are received with less than 24 hours notice.
