POUND® - Rockout. Workout. POUND is the world's first cardio jam session, inspired by the energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums! Suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels.
Cardio LIT©: Turn the lights down low, and crank your energy way up in this dance-fitness total body calorie scorcher. Set to your favourite pop and hip hop hits, Cardio LIT© integrates classic strength training movements with fun, dance inspired choreography that is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. It’s not just hot- it’s LIT. Suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels.
Wired©: Using suspension training technology (TRX) designed to turn your body into your machine. Get a whole body workout that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, endurance, balance, core and joint stability. Come hang out! This highly modifiable workout is suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels.
Run/Walk : A “learn to run” style program that will have a short information session and then we go for a run as a group, gradually increasing run time and distance. This program will be adaptable to all fitness levels and walkers are also welcome!

Foundationally rooted in the principles of classical pilates, this fusion approach to core training also integrates the stability and flexibility-focused techniques of yoga, ballet barre and strength training. Transformer©: Your transformation begins here. This total body burn out combines traditional weight training techniques with innovative functional exercises to deliver a dynamic group exercise experience that will challenge every aspect of your physical fitness. Short Circuit 30: Our lunch time class, that allows you to get in all your daily workout needs in a “short, but shocking” 30 min HIIT class. Dynamic compound movements served up circuit style pack a punch that is sure to leave you shocked! Suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels
Black Out©: Kickboxing Learn “Real” Boxing/Kickboxing punch and kick techniques from the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, boxing & kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training. This fun dynamic workout will train your endurance and coordination and give you a heart pumping, stress relieving cardio workout. Suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels.
ZUMBA® - We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
